Returning Your Product?

At Bouwmeesterwatershop.nl, all orders come with a 14-day reflection period. This period starts the moment you receive your order. Within this time, you are allowed to unpack and inspect the item. Under certain conditions, you may return the goods to us, but return shipping costs are at your own expense. You may also return the product at our store.

Returns must be sent in their original condition, undamaged, and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. Any shipping labels on the product packaging may affect crediting. Return shipping costs depend on the chosen carrier and are at your own expense.

Please note: Items larger than 1.20m or heavier than 23kg generally incur an additional charge by some carriers. This can amount to up to €15. After the reflection period has expired, the purchase agreement becomes final.

Some items are excluded from exchange/return: Custom-made items such as hoses, cables, and other wiring. Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete. Items that for hygienic reasons cannot be returned, such as underwear and swimwear. Visual, sound, and data carriers, such as SD cards with music and/or data files (navigation software), are sent sealed. These can only be returned if the seal is intact and has not been broken.
